- Bad Rock B&B is reserved for non-smoking guests. Guests who violate this policy will be charged $100 cleaning fee.

Deposit
Reservations require a non-refundable full deposit for one or two night stays or a 50% deposit for three or more night stays, by check or credit card. The balance of the stay will be charged fourteen days prior to arrival. Deposits are non-refundable.
Reservations are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from Bad Rock B&B. All efforts are made to confirm reservations within 24 hours of request.
Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable. We recommend you insure your visit with a reputable travel insurance company. If we are able to fill the vacancy, we will return the amount recovered less a $25 cancellation fee.
Pet Policy
Although we do not allow visiting dogs to stay in our home or cabins, there is a local kennel only three miles away. Triple R Kennels is owned and run by a real dog lover and breeder, Roy Radabah. He is sure to treat your dog as his own.
